The company is engaged in the dressing and exporting of olives. It was incorporated in January of 1968 and has its registered head office in the city of Mairena Del Aljarafe in Spain. The company's products are under the CRESPO brand. Its olive varieties include Manzanilla Fina from Seville, Olive du Pays (or Picholine) from Morocco, and Gordal or Queen Olives from Seville. In Spain, the company uses the local varieties Manzanilla, Hojiblanca and Gordal for its confite black olives. The company's olives are produced entirely at its own production facilities, located in Seville in Spain, and Marrakech in Morocco. The plants have a combined annual production capacity of over 50,000 metric tonnes of olives.
